Ashley Hinson has served as a member of the U.S. Congress since defeating Abby Finkenauer in 2021. Prior to her time in Congress, she represented her community in the Iowa House of Representatives from 2017 to 2021. Born in Des Moines in 1983 and currently residing in Marion, Hinson is an alumna of the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Arts degree completed in 2004.
