On July 2, 2025, Hinson tweeted about ongoing legislative work in Washington. She stated: "Coming to you from Washington as we work to get the One Big Beautiful Bill over the finish line. Wanted to debunk one of the more ridiculous claims we keep hearing Democrats repeat…" This message suggests her active involvement in pushing forward significant legislation.

The facts aren’t on their side, so they just fearmonger & lie knowing the media will shill for them & give" This indicates her disagreement with Jeffries' position and skepticism towards certain media narratives.
