On April 11, 2025, Hinson addressed legislative priorities within her tweet as she advocated for a bill aimed at holding the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) accountable. Emphasizing urgency, she stated, "This is exactly why we need to get my bill to the president’s desk so we can hold the CCP accountable."

Later the same day, Hinson expressed her stance on national security, particularly in response to a legal ruling. She addressed her views on residents who support Hamas, "Anyone who resides in this country and supports the actions of Hamas terrorists has no right to stay here and should be deported. Today’s ruling is a huge win."

On April 13, 2025, Hinson expressed her personal faith and well-wishes on Palm Sunday, marking the start of Holy Week. She tweeted a message of spiritual reflection, writing, "Today kicks off Holy Week and reminds us of the hope and peace Jesus brought as He entered Jerusalem. A native of Des Moines, Iowa, born in 1983, Hinson graduated from the University of Southern California in 2004, and she currently resides in Marion.
