City of Waterloo recently issued the following announcement.

City Council Meetings are held the first and third Mondays of the month at 5:30 PM with the exception of holidays. City Council meetings can be viewed LIVE on Mediacom channel 15 or digital channel 79.2 or on the city's YouTube Page, WaterlooCommunityTV.
The City of Waterloo will continue to hold City Council meetings as scheduled, however in response to COVID-19, the city will provide Zoom videoconferencing as an alternative to attending the meeting in person. Room capacity will be limited and social distancing and mask wearing will be required when attending the meeting in person.
For information on how to participate in the meeting via Zoom, visit https://cityofwaterlooiowa.com/register . The public may email comments to comments@waterloo-ia.org, which will be read during the public hearing. Please state the public hearing item on which you wish to speak.
