Hawkins Memorial Library issued the following announcement.
Lunch with the Library
Kids can have “Lunch with the Library” each Thursday beginning June 10, from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the La Porte City City Park. Free sack lunches will be provided by the La Porte City Police Association for children to eat while they listen to themed stories and finish with an activity. You may want to bring a blanket to sit on.
