Ashley Hinson, a member of the U.S. Congress representing Iowa's 2nd district since 2021, has recently shared her views and gratitude through several tweets. These posts reflect her political stance and interactions with various stakeholders.

On June 5, 2025, Hinson expressed appreciation for a visit from the Iowa Automobile Dealers Association to her Washington D.C. office. She noted relief that "the crazy days of Biden EV mandates & overreaching regulations are long gone." The tweet can be accessed here.

Later that day, Hinson extended her thanks to Secretary Rollins in a brief post simply stating, "Thank you, @SecRollins!" This message is available here.

The following day, on June 6, 2025, Hinson articulated a clear contrast between Republican and Democratic policies regarding fiscal management and immigration. She stated that Republicans aim to reduce spending and limit taxpayer benefits for illegal immigrants while allowing families to retain more earnings. In contrast, she claimed Democrats favor "endless spending" and higher taxes to support their initiatives. Her full statement can be found here.

Ashley Hinson was born in Des Moines in 1983 and currently resides in Marion. Before serving in Congress, she was part of the Iowa House of Representatives from 2017 to 2021. She graduated from the University of Southern California with a BA in 2004.
