She mentioned that her team was present at the Annual Celebration of Ag in Cedar Rapids, a gathering of over 700 farmers and leaders from the agricultural sector, celebrating the community's efforts and achievements.

On the following day, April 7, Hinson reported on a productive meeting in Washington, D.C., with the Iowa Farm Bureau. She wrote, "Had a great meeting with the Iowa Farm Bureau in DC! Our farmers are the backbone of Iowa, and I’ll always fight for them—whether it’s pushing for tax relief for hardworking families, strengthening our biofuels industry, advocating to get a strong Farm Bill across the finish."
