Ashley Hinson, currently serving in the U.S. Congress representing Iowa’s 2nd district, shared her recent engagements on social media. Her posts highlighted her visits and interactions with educational institutions and local communities.

On February 20, 2025, Hinson celebrated National FFA Week and National CTE Month by visiting a classroom. She noted, "No better way to celebrate @NationalFFA Week & #NationalCTEMonth than spending time in the classroom with students! This morning, I visited @AplParkFFA and observed firsthand how #AgEd equips students with the skills they need for success beyond the classroom."

Later that day, she shared her experience at Aplington-Parkersburg High School's student-run coffee shop. Hinson stated, "Falcon Fuel at Aplington-Parkersburg High School is a fully student-run coffee shop that gives students hands-on experience in business management, customer service, and entrepreneurship." She emphasized the significance of such programs in career and technical education.

Concluding her day's updates, Hinson reflected on her ongoing engagement with constituents through her county tour. She tweeted, "Another fantastic week meeting with Iowans on my 22 County Tour!"
