This 8-week seminar teaches the individual "how to retire" well. This will include identifying the BIG four questions that prepare you for retirement. How to make the most of fixed income and pensions like IPERS. How to invest wisely leading into and in retirement with an eye toward costs and taxes. Withdrawal strategies that include the 4% rule and which "bucket" to take from and why. Social Security strategies are analyzed that have BIG consequences for the future.
An explanation of what insurance is needed and what is not to include Medicare. What to do with the home if anything. Finally, the psychological impact of retirement as we look into the mind and the soul to figure out "who" we are going to be as we "graduate" to this next phase of our life.
