On Monday, March 24, former Waterloo West High School standout Sahara Williams’ current collegiate team the Oklahoma Sooners won 96-62 against the Iowa Hawkeyes in the NCAA Division I Basketball Championship Tournament.

Hosted in Lloyd Noble Center, this was the first game against the Iowa Hawkeyes during the championship.

Sahara Williams’ hometown is Waterloo and game position is forward.
