Cedar Heights Drive Reconstruction: Watermain Closure

78

Beginning Monday, May 9, 2022, the City's contractor, PCI, will be installing new watermain across Cedar Heights Drive and Huntington Road. In order for the contractor to start, the temporary road connection from Cedar Heights Drive to Huntington Road will be closed for one (1) week during the crossing. After the completion of the watermain installation, the temporary access road will be restored with Huntington Road opened back to Cedar Heights Drive to the north, as it previously was prior to the closure.

Cedar Heights Drive, from the existing Viking Road roundabout to Huntington Road, will still remain closed as crews work to finalize underground utility installation and prepare for paving operations. Residents south of Cedar Heights Drive will still have access from the temporary drive located at the Viking Place cul-de-sac.
