The City of Cedar Falls will honor outgoing Councilmembers Frank Darrah & Mark Miller on Monday, December 20, 2021 at 4:30 p.m. with a brief reception in the Cedar Falls City Hall Lobby. A special presentation will take place at 5:30 p.m. Please join us to thank them for their service and dedication to the City as elected officials.
