GREATER CEDAR VALLEY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE: Leader Valley Leadership Series: Unconscious Bias on Jan. 27

Greater Cedar Valley Chamber of Commerce recently issued the following announcement. 

The Leader Valley Leadership Series is designed to foster leadership development in first and middle level leaders. Choose 1 course, 2 courses, or all 3 courses to support your leadership development.

  • All courses will consist of two, half-day sessions (for a total of 1 full day)
  • All courses will be virtual
Course 1) The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People Foundations lays the groundwork for participants to grow personally and develop professionally. Living out timeless principles and embracing the tools of effectiveness is essential to strong leadership! This course is offered 2 times.

Course 2) Six Critical Practices for Leading a Team equips you with skills and tools to get work done with and through others. This course is offered 2 times.

Course 3) Unconscious Bias helps you recognize the impact of your bias on behaviors, decisions, and performance. This course is offered 2 times.
