City of Cedar Falls issued the following announcement on Jan. 28.
Join us for the Imagine College Hill Public Kick-Off meeting on January 29, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, at the UNI:CEEE building (located at 8106 Jennings Drive).
The project takes ideas and feedback from the community to help assist in the efforts to updated the zoning code that will implement the new plan later this year.
All are welcome to attend and we strongly encourage residents and business owners in the College Hill district to join us and share their suggestions. The evening will include a visual preference survey, small group work for strengths and weaknesses, as well as a presentation from the project consultant.
Building on the information gathered from the kick-off workshop, the city will then be hosting a week-long Community Design Charrette starting March 28.
