On the morning of March 11, Hinson expressed gratitude to Senator J.D. Vance for attending their conference meeting and discussing fiscal priorities. She stated: "Thank you to @JDVance for coming to our Conference meeting this morning and speaking about the importance of passing a CR to freeze spending while we work on our appropriations bills & ensure we can deliver on the America First agenda the American people voted for."
Later that day, she met with representatives from the Iowa Association of Councils of Governments.
