City of Cedar Falls recently issued the following announcement.
History of Cedar Heights with Architectural Tour Event
The Cedar Falls Historic Preservation Commission presents a walking/biking tour of the Cedar Heights neighborhood with an educational presentation on September 9, 2021. The presentation will take place at 6:00 p.m. at the shelter in Pfieffer Springs Park, followed by a self-guided walking/biking tour of the Cedar Heights neighborhood.
The community is invited to attend and learn more about notable homes in the area and the unique architecture of the neighborhood. The commission will share the history of the area from its founding as a city to its connection to Cedar Falls.
