City of Independence issued the following announcement on Feb. 20.
Residents may click on Additional Info to see a PDF version of the notice of public hearing for the budget estimate for Fiscal Year 2021 (July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021). The hearing is set for Monday, March 9, 2020, at 6:00 pm and residents may present objections to, or arguments in favor of, any part of the proposed budget.
