Hawkeye Community College recently issued the following announcement.
The William F. Mullikin Police Science Scholarship was awarded to Elisabeth Reeves for the spring 2022 semester. The scholarship was created by Marcia Mullikin in honor of her husband after his untimely death.
Elise is a 2016 graduate from Janesville High School and will be completing the Police Science program at Hawkeye Community College this May.
