Visit the Cedar Falls Art Mural

0Comments

Enjoy the fall weather by visiting the new art panels now up under the Main Street bridge in Cedar Falls!

Funded by the Cedar Falls Public Art Committee, the project’s mission was to introduce murals into the community and energize high-pedestrian traffic areas with the artwork. A call for artist submissions was released this past summer with over 40 artists responding. Of the submissions, three Iowa artists were selected: Caylin Jayde, Karin Desnoyers, and Autumn Rozario Hall.

The City Parks team and volunteers from the Hearst Center for the Arts installed the panels this month. Plan your next Cedar Falls trail walk and see them!
