Request for Qualifications: Hearst Center for the Arts Facility Master Plan

0Comments

The City of Cedar Falls is soliciting responses from a team of professional architects, land planners, and/or engineers to develop a Master Plan for a new or improved Hearst Center for the Arts building to be located at 224-304 West Seerley Boulevard.

The desired plan will provide flexible spaces for accessible multi-use programming, artist studios, and a facility that inspires creativity. Our goal is to enhance its attraction as a destination for the community (residents and tourists) yet also fit in with the predominant residential architecture of the College Hill neighborhood.

RFQs must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. on November 18, 2022. See the full RFQ located at https://www.cedarfalls.com/rfqhearst for instructions on items to submit and contact information for questions.
