These informational discussion sessions are typically held on the second Friday of each month highlighting legislative, regulatory, or local issues of interest to our investors.
Senator Dan Dawson (R-Pottawatomie) from Council Bluffs will join us for our virtual Friday Forum in March. The conversation will be conducted via Zoom at 8:00 am on Friday, March 10. Senator Dawson is the Chair of the tax-writing Senate Ways and Means Committee and was instrumental in the deliberations that simplified Iowa’s income taxes. He will talk with us about his previous successes as well as his current initiatives aimed at reforming the state’s property tax structure. In addition, Sen. Dawson will provide an update on the current status of the 2023 legislative session. This will be a very informative and enlightening conversation.
