City of Waterloo issued the following announcement on Dec. 17. 

The 1st public hearing will be held on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. via Zoom videoconferencing.  For information on how to participate in the electronic meeting, please email anita.merfeld@waterloo-ia.org or call the Community Development office at (319)-291-4429.  Public input will be considered in preparing the City of Waterloo’s FY22 Annual Action Plan.

The plan will be developed to address the housing and community development needs of Waterloo.  The local priority is for projects which are housing related.  Designated target areas will be given preference for the federal funds.
