Beginning, Monday, June 27, 2022, the contractor will begin reconstruction of the alley from West 9th Street to West 10th Street between Olive Street and Walnut Street. In order for the contractor to begin, an alley closure will be required. The closure will be in effect for three to five weeks, depending on the weather. Please see the closure area highlighted on the map below.

For safety’s sake, please stay away from the construction area. Heavy equipment will be moving back and forth in the closed alley. It would be advisable to stay behind the sidewalk on the property side during the reconstruction work. If you want additional information about the 2022 Alley Reconstruction Project, please visit the project web page at http://www.cedarfalls.com/1462/Alley-Reconstruction-Project.
